What is a "Holiday Buying EXPO?"

The Holiday Buying EXPO, produced by Wireless Dealer Magazine is marketed to attendees as THE event to buy retail inventory at reduced prices directly from wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers.

There are two top reasons that exhibitors reduce their prices for this two-day event.

1. To capitalize on a captive audience whose sole purpose is to buy their holiday inventory.
2. To facilitate deals among new retailers and retail buyers.

 

Will retailers expect to receive the same discounted prices after the EXPO?

No. Retailers are clearly informed that the only way to take advantage of this special holiday buying event is to come to the EXPO. The EXPO offers are intended to be 'exclusive best offers' available only for the attendees of Wireless Dealer EXPO.

 

How can I spend less exhibiting?

A buying EXPO does not require a massive booth or tons of signage. What it does require are display racks. Your booth should be set up much like a retail location for buyers to shop. The focus should be on your products and/or service offerings.

We can have the display racks of your choice shipped and set up at your booth at wholesale prices. 

Reminder: Buyers and store owners are coming to see your products and will be more convinced that you are saving them money if you demonstrate that you are also saving. So don't over blow booth expense. This show should look more like a 'blow-out sale' rather than a presentation you might see at any other industry tradeshow.

 

Do I have to ship tons of products to the EXPO for sale?

No. Retailers expect to place their orders at the show and have products shipped to their location from your warehouse immediately following the EXPO, shipped in time to sell through at retail during Q4.

 

How do we know that you'll make more sales at the show?

98% of all retailers who signed-up to attend the show have checked off the box on the registration card that indicates they are coming to buy inventory for the holiday selling season. This EXPO is being marketed as a buying EXPO and not a meet and greet.
