Chelsea Rogers: Hello, everyone. I'm Chelsea Rogers with the "Wireless Dealer Magazine" here at CTIA Super Mobility Week 2014, and I'm here with Luis with ICS Prepaid. How are you, Luis?

Luis: I'm doing great. Thank you, Chelsea.

Chelsea: Thank you for being here. Luis, why don't you give our viewers a little bit of information on what your company does and what it's known for?

Luis: ICS Prepaid is actually a distribution for prepaid. However, we're coming out with an app called Prepaid Refill Now, and we're going to help any store out there to go ahead and actually market their business using our app for free.

Chelsea: That's great. You guys are just now launching this recently?

Luis: Yes. If you visit the website, you'll get all the details there.

Chelsea: Great. Why would somebody want this? Tell us the pros and the cons.

Luis: As an agent, I've noticed that most of us as distributors like to sell you the wholesale hardware. We don't help you grow your business, and that's why the app would be very valuable.
It's going to drive foot traffic into the stores, and keep those customers basically coming back to your store through a loyalty reward program that's built into it.

Chelsea: What are all the features that this app is going to have?

Luis: GPS location, so a convenient location is going to be found for the consumer around their neighborhood. It's going to have a loyalty program built into it, as well, and the app's going to educate the consumers about what prepaid is and what it's not, all the services and products.

Chelsea: That sounds fantastic. Tell me, what is your business strategy?

Luis: The strategy itself is actually to grow a relationship with stores out there and build a partnership, so long term relationships are what we're looking for.
